I was a bit hesitant about buying due to reviews saying the fit was weird but the top fits me perfectly and it was a staple on my recent trip to Europe.
I am a size 10 and bought a size 10. Having said that I do not have a large chest so if you are a C cup or larger I can understand the busy may be too snug!

Cute design but unfortunately the bust is quite small so if you’ve got a bigger bust, either size up or avoid this top.
I’m usually a six, and I tried a size six and eight. The six was too small at the bust and fit perfectly at the waist, whilst the eight was still too small for me at the bust despite being quite loose around the waist.
Also slightly see through despite being lined.
