Terms and conditions

You have 30 days from your order being shipped to lodge your return. Once lodged you have up to 7 days to post your return back to us.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached.

  • Full priced items can be returned for a full refund or store credit.
  • We do not accept returns on any Accessories, Jewellery, Intimates or products marked as Final Sale

If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost. 

LOCATIONS

Finland:

  • A €9.50 EUR flat rate shipping cost applies to all return options, and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Our return portal will generate an Finland Post standard shipping label, so please allow 3-6 working days, once shipped for your return to be received back to us
  • Instant Returns through Refundid: Once your return has been lodged through Refundid, you will receive an instant refund back onto your original payment method. Please ship back your return within 7 days, ensuring you have provided a tracking number and followed all steps set out via Refundid. Please see below for further information on Refundid.
  • Standard Returns: Once you have lodged a standard return through our returns portal please send back your return within 7 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return.
  • For Both Standard and Instant returns you can drop off your return for free at our Brisbane Distribution Centre by selecting 'drop off' as your return option (See “Return Drop Off” below for further information).

USA:

  • All US orders must make a return using the Refundid portal.
  • A $15 EUR flat rate shipping cost applies. This is deducted from your refund amount through Refundid. 
  • Once your return has been lodged through Refundid Instant, you will receive an instant refund back to your original payment method. Please ship back your return within 7 days, ensuring you have provided a tracking number and followed all steps set out via Refundid. Please see below for further information on Refundid.
  • US returns are first sent to a hub in the US and then shipped to us in Finland. Therefore, please allow 4 weeks for your return to reach our Distribution Centre .

REST OF THE WORLD:

  • Ship with your own carrier (at your own expense)
  • If you are outside of Finland or the United States you will need to ship your return at your own expense via your own carrier.
  • Once you have lodged a Return through our returns portal, please ship back your return within 7 days. Please ensure you ship with a trackable carrier. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

Please note during the peak season the return processing time may fluctuate slightly.

RETURN OPTIONS

REFUNDID:

  • Refundid is a verified instant refund service - meaning you can access your refund instantly before you’ve even returned your items. To facilitate this, Refundid will require you to provide personal information in order to verify your refund. If you have any concerns about this, please reach out to our customer service team.
  • Refundid is available for AU and US orders only.
  • If Refundid is chosen, you will be refunded to your nominated bank account, instantly.
  • Please note, although you have received your refund instantly, we will still need time after your parcel is received to send through confirmation of your returned items.

*Emmabodamo belaffar is not responsible for any monetary reversal from Refundid if the customer has not provided the tracking number or followed all steps set out by Refundid. If your refund is reversed, you will need to wait until we physically receive your return back so we can process your return manually. If in the US, please allow 4 weeks for your return to reach our Distribution Centre in Finland. 

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:

  • If you choose to return for a store credit, you will receive a bonus credit of $10 EUR once your return has been processed. *For Finland and Rest of World only
  • Return for store credit is available for AU and Rest of World
  • Please refer to your location as to when the return for store credit will be processed

RETURN FOR REFUND:

  • If you choose to return for a refund via our standard returns portal, you will be refunded via the original payment method only.
  • If you use a store credit to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the store credit and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 
  • Please refer to your location as to when your return for a refund will be processed

Return Drop Off

We offer free returns drop off at our Brisbane Distribution Centre: Brisbane Distribution Centre

  • Drop off hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Please process your returns through one of our returns portals above and select 'drop off' as the return option.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.
  • Please ensure you have your order number, email and name attached to the return.
  • If the item is returned out of the return policy time frame, the return will not be accepted. A staff member will check your return is within the valid return time.

Faults

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Emmabodamo belaffar does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Emmabodamo belaffar reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund/store credit.

Exchanges

Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

1. Lodging a return for your item

2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit

3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item

OR

1. Lodging a return for your item via refundid

2. Once your Return is lodged you will receive an instant refund 

3. Use your refund to re-purchase the item

Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you using Refundid and re-purchase the item before returning your order.

Stock availability

Emmabodamo belaffar makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a store credit or refund for the out of stock item.

RETURNING WITH OWN CARRIER

If you are outside of Finland or prefer to send your return back via your own courier, please send your return using a trackable service, with your order number to and reason for return to;

Delivery Damage

If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via email at [email protected] with all details.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you the full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the Distribution Centre in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition. you will not incur any additional costs to return the item.
